Tips:

For Monthly Pass users - To conserve your volume allocation and avoid exceeding your volume cap, we recommend that you purchase a Time-based Pass (1 Hour or 1 Day Pass) if you are surfing data-intensive sites (e.g. viewing videos or pictures on your mobile). You can do a self-served check of your available quota by dialing *100# --> Internet & settings --> MI --> Check Status
   

Note:
(T) These are time based passes, it is non-recurring. It expires upon full quota usage or upon reaching its time limit, whichever comes first.
(M) These are monthly passes, it renews automatically on a monthly basis on bill date for postpaid subscribers.

Frequently Asked Questions   Terms & Conditions
Certain software/applications which is used by a small number of customers to send and receive files containing very large amount of data (including without limitation traffic from peer-to-peer software/applications (such as BitTorrent, eDonkey, Gnutella) or file sharing software (such as Limewire)). These activities may cause network congestion and can negatively impact the speed at which other customers can access the internet. Maxis does not guarantee a service level and/or connectivity to users of peer-to-peer or file sharing software/applications.
