You will automatically enjoy Bridge DataRoam Unlimited plan of RM33/day should your data usage exceed RM33/day to ensure your peace of mind. For Blackberry, Maxis Broadband and iPad subscribers, the Bridge DataRoam Unlimited data plan of RM33/day will automatically be given to you once initiate data roaming usage. Should you prefer to be on either the 3 or 5 days plan, please subscribe before you start your data session.
Bridge DataRoam Unlimited will be activated immediately, so be sure to subscribe only when you arrive at your destination. The pass expires at midnight of the respective country timezone. For countries with multiple timezone, it will be based on the capital timezone. For example, if you are in Philippines and you activate the RM 88 plan for 3 Days on Tuesday at 2.00 P.M, the plan will be deactivated on Thursday at 11.59 P.M Philippines time (not Malaysian time).
We will inform you via SMS when your pass has been successfully activated. Alternatively, you can check via check status through *100#.
You can now roam with a peace of mind. We will send you an SMS reminder at 11.59 P.M (based on foreign country time stamp) to inform you on your plan expiry. SMS reminder is only applicable for manual purchase of either 3 or 5 Days plans. Users on a 1 Day (either via auto or manual subscription via UMB or SMS) plan will not receive the reminder SMS.
Be sure to roam on the preferred operator to enjoy the pass. Roaming charges under a non-preferred operator will be charged at Pay Per Use of RM30/MB. When your pass is activated, we will notify you via SMS if you roam out of the preferred operator. To ensure that you are logged on to the preferred operator, you will need to go to "Network Selection" in your mobile device and choose the preferred operator. For more information, click here.
You may buy either 3 or 5 Days plan upon expiry of your current plan. If no subscription made, you will automatically enjoy 1 Day plan of RM33/day should your daily data usage exceed RM33.
For multi-SIM users: Your data roaming service only applies to your primary SIM card/handset. Should you subscribe to any of our data roaming plans, kindly use your primary SIM card only. This is only applicable to mobile phone users.
