WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REACH MY QUOTA?
Every Maxis Wireless Broadband plan has a monthly quota limit. When you reach it, your broadband connection will be reduced to a lower speed and you will see a notification page the next time you surf. The page looks like this:
HOW DO I CONTINUE ENJOYING REGULAR SPEED?
It's simple! Select the "CLICK HERE TO PROCEED" button on the notification page to purchase more quota or upgrade your package. Alternatively,
· you can also call 1800 82 2000 or
· sign up to MYACCOUNT to manage your broadband account.
You will be redirected to Broadband Account Summary as shown below when select on "CLICK HERE TO PROCEED" button.
You may choose to leave the notification page by selecting the "CLICK HERE TO EXIT" button and surf at reduced speed until your next bill cycle when your plan is refreshed.
