Postpaid rebate is only applicable to principal account holders of individual Maxis Mobile Postpaid Consumer Plans under the same name.
A 7-day satisfaction guarantee is applicable.
An activation fee of RM100 is applicable.
A handling fee of RM200 is payable if you discontinue the service. For customers who have stayed with us for 12 months or more, Maxis will absorb the handling fee.
A deposit of RM300 is required for every broadband subscription under the same name. However, for Malaysians, the deposit for the 1st subscription is waived.
