Speed of service is on a best effort basis and can vary from the subscribed packages. Speeds for wireless broadband depend on factors such as location and distance from communications tower as well as the number of simultaneous users. An activation fee of RM100 is applicable for all broadband subscriptions. A deposit is required for every broadband subscription under the same name. However, for Malaysians, the deposit for the 1st subscription is waived.
