Maxis Assistance is exclusively for Maxis One Club members and is purely based on a referral and arrangement basis. The comprehensive range of services applies differently to each membership tier. Elite, Select and Classic memberships are by invitation only. Selection criteria are based on your tenure as a Maxis Customer (minimum 12 months), your monthly usage and your payment records.
