You may purchase as many times as you want in a month. |

No. You cannot get a refund for your quota balance upon termination of the service. |

The balance of your quota upgrade will remain when you transfer your line to another account. |

If I purchase the additional top-up while I still have my monthly quota, which one will I use first? |
After you purchase your top-up quota, you will use your top-up first. Once the top-up quota is exhausted, you will use your monthly quota allowance. |

What will happen to the top-up quota expiry date if I purchase it multiple times? |
If you purchase the top-up quota multiple times, the expiry date will be 30 days from the latest purchase. |

What will happen to customers who subscribe to the Starter, Advance, Power, Power Mobile and Power WiFi packages when their monthly volume quota has been depleted? |
Their speed of service will be throttled. They will not be able to top up their volume quota but they may upgrade their package to enjoy better surfing speeds by calling 1800 82 2000. |
