You will be notified within 3 working days via SMS when your request for an increase or decrease in the credit limit has been processed (approved or declined).

I am unable to use the internet although I have a data package (for non-BlackBerry device and excluding iPhone) or a BIS/BES package (for BlackBerry device).
For non-BlackBerry device:
Your device setting might not be updated. Upon using your internet browser you may be redirected to http://newdmsxt.maxis.com.my/dms-scw , if not please enter the URL in your internet browser’s address bar and follow the steps to update the setting. You can also set it manually by selecting Settings>Mobile Networks>Access Point Names>select active APN setting>ensure the APN name is “UNET”>Remove/clear “202.75.133.49” under Proxy>Remove/clear “80/8080” under Port>Save settings.

For BlackBerry device:
Your device settings might not be updated. Please update the BlackBerry Service Book by going to Options>Device>Advance System Settings>Host Routing Table, scroll to GPRS MY (502) [50201230], click on Menu & select Register Now.

I am using a BlackBerry device with a Mobile Internet package (other than BIS/BES) and I was able to use the internet before but I cannot use it now.
The WAP setting is no longer supported hence your device setting is not updated with the latest setting. Please update your BlackBerry Service Book before 8 April 2016. Go to Options>Device>Advance System Settings>Host Routing Table, scroll to GPRS MY (502) [50201230], click on Menu & select Register Now. Moving forward, to use the internet and BlackBerry services such as BlackBerry Messenger, please buy a BIS package for your BlackBerry device.

I am using a BlackBerry and receive an SMS few days back to update my BlackBerry Service Book. Unfortunately, I had forgotten about it. Can I update it now?For Prepaid:
The BlackBerry Service Book update exercise has ended on 8 April 2016. If you are using a BIS package, you may update the BlackBerry Service Book by going to Options>Device>Advance System Settings>Host Routing Table, scroll to GPRS MY (502) [50201230], click on Menu & select Register Now. If you do not have a BIS package, dial *100# to buy it and your Service Book should be updated automatically, otherwise please update it manually by going to Options>Device>Advance System Settings>Host Routing Table, scroll to GPRS MY (502) [50201230], click on Menu & select Register Now. Moving forward, to use the internet and BlackBerry services such as BlackBerry Messenger, please buy a BIS package for your BlackBerry device.
