If I’m currently on MaxisONE Business 148, can I downgrade to MaxisONE Business 128?
Yes, you can – if you have completed the terms of your existing contract.
What will happen to my existing MaxisONE Business 148 plan?
For existing customers of MaxisONE Business 148, the plan will remain unchanged with or without contract.
If I’m on MaxisONE Business 148, can I upgrade to MaxisONE Business 158 and request for more subsidy?
You can move to MaxisONE Business 158 and enjoy the new subsidy – if your existing contract has less than 4 months left to expiry. If your current contract has more than 4 months to expiry, you can still upgrade, but no new subsidy will be given until your contract expires.
Can I sign up for these MaxisONE Business plans under the individual segment (billable to self instead of company)?
For personal usage, we encourage you to sign up for the MaxisONE Plan series so that you can enjoy the plan’s benefits for yourself and your family.
I am an existing customer - will I be able to request to sign up for MaxisONE Business 148 after this?
The plan will not be available for new sign-up after 6th Feb 2017. Customers are encouraged to take up other MaxisONE Business plans after this date.
If I change to the new plan, what will happen to my existing data quota?
The data quota will be forfeited, but you will get the new quota in full regardless of the registration date (i.e a day before the next bill cycle) and it will be renewed again on your bill cycle date.
