These plans are available to business users registered under a Business Registration number.
Will I be contracted if I sign up for these plans?
Yes, there will be a 12 months contract if you sign-up for these plans with a device.
Is there an advance payment necessary to subscribe to this plan?
No, business users are waived from paying the advance payment.
Do these plans come with call and SMS?
Yes, for each of the plans, you are given some allocation of minutes for calling within Malaysia.

When you register for any of these plans, you will be entitled to a gateway modem and a dect phone. The devices brands and models may vary based on availability.

Do I need to pay any deposits?

What if I have an existing 4G Business Broadband plan with Maxis? Am I able to upgrade or downgrade my plan?
If you have an existing plan, you will need to complete your contract before you are able to upgrade or downgrade your plan. Else, the penalty of RM200 will apply.
What is the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) for my 4G Business Broadband service? What happens if I exceed my FUP?
Fair Usage Policy (FUP) is to ensure all customers can get good browsing experience and to prevent abusers from hogging the bandwidth, which can impact other users’ experience.
If you have breached your allocated quota, your internet speed will be managed to ensure other users are not impacted.
How can I check my quota usage?

If my base quota depleted, can I continue to browse?
Yes, once your allocated internet quota has finished, the speed will be managed at a lower speed (64kbps) until your next billing cycle. To continue enjoying the 4G Business Broadband Service at the regular speed, you may purchase quota upgrades via your OneBusiness Hub account.
What are the available time-based passes that I can purchase?

What’s the difference between Portable Business Wifi and Business Broadband?
The Portable Business Wifi plan is used with a pocket MiFi device and is meant to be used on-the-go with SMS capabilities. It does not have call capabilities.
The Business Broadband plan is used with a modem device and is meant to be used within an office or a fixed location. It comes with free call minutes.
Can I purchase the modem without a contract?
No, the devices are only sold as a bundle with the plans.
Is there data roaming available for the Business Broadband plans?
No. There is no roaming capabilities for these plans.
