Who is eligible to use this App?
All Maxis postpaid customers who have signed up for Maxis Online ID (SSO) are eligible to use this app. Postpaid customers are:
- Postpaid Mobile
- Wireless Broadband
- Corporate Individuals
I’m a Hotlink user with access to MyMaxis and Maxis Rewards App previously. Can I still enjoy the same privilege?
The new MyMaxis App does not support Hotlink users. Please download the Hotlink Red App from the App Store or Google Play Store to manage your prepaid account.
I don’t have a Maxis Online ID. Does this mean I can’t use the new MyMaxis App?
You are required to register for a Maxis Online ID by clicking on the Sign Up button on the first screen of the app. After doing so, you are able to use the App.
If I have an existing Maxis Online ID, how do I login?
You are required to enter your exsiting Maxis Online ID and password. Please ensure the Secure Keyword that you have created appears correctly before entering your password.
I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
You can request for a Password reset by clicking on the “Forgot Password” icon on the first screen of the app to revalidate your password.
Do I need to key in my password whenever I log in?
No, this brand new app offers you a perpetual log-in feature. However the app requires you to key-in your password when you download your eBill and purchase mobile internet passes. This is to safe-guard your information from being accessed by a third party.
I have downloaded the app and signed-up to access the app. However, I still cannot log into the App. Can you assist me on this?
A verification email will send to you once your have signed up. Kindly verify the email in order to proceed towards logging in the app.
