The Maxis Management Associate Programme (M-MAP) seeks to recruit bright young Malaysian graduates from top universities all over the world in order to develop them into future leaders in the company.

A Management Associate will undergo a structured one-year programme.

	After the one-year programme , the Management Associate will go through an assessment and upon passing, the Management Associate will seamlessly move onto the Leadership Development Engine (Maxis' internal top talent pool). The Management Associate will then be permanently placed in any department/division of choice.

The structured M-MAP programme is designed to deliver a holistic approach to learning and development that encompasses the knowledge, skills, mindset and motivation domains.
It is delivered through 5 Foundational Building Blocks.

To help Management Associates understand and learn about the Maxis operations and services

Customer 1st
To help Management Associates focus on thinking from customer's point of view and exceeding and satisfying customer's requirements

Professional Development
Focus on building and developing Management Associates’ generic skills (e.g. listening, questioning, basic selling, problem solving, presentation, report writing, time management etc.

Application: Putting It Altogether
Hands-on experience through business unit attachments to help build Management Associates’ knowledge and skills

Consistently strong academic achievements – First Class Honours (or Upper Second Class Honours from a top university) or equivalent in any discipline
Excellent command of English language (oral and written)
Recipient of awards of academic excellence (e.g. Dean's list)
Excellent track records in extra curricular activities
Proven leadership qualities (e.g. positions held in clubs and societies)
A dynamic, self-motivated and confident individual
