BHD, Raqno Solutions Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on 2000, is a software company that develops, markets and services computerized systems based on Lotus and IBM technologies. Raqno has rapidly developed Internet and Intranet skills and the focus is on providing specialized software solutions to stock broking, finance and insurance, manufacturing, oil and gas, multimedia and information dissemination industries.

AKN Capital Sdn. Bhd. (AKN Capital) is principally an investment company wholly owned by Dato’ Ahmad Kabeer bin Mohamed Nagoor. Among the investment of AKN Capital is a 14% equity interest in AKN Technology Bhd., a company listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. Dato’ Ahmad Kabeer Nagoor who is the Executive Chairman of AKN Technology Berhad also holds about 14% equity interest AKN Technology Berhad.

Mobile Messaging & Collaboration

Cadenza Mnotes extends the capability of Domino Messaging to PDA-enabled for access on iPaq Pocket PC and Palm Pilot devices. It performs synchronization of e-mail, calendar, contacts, tasks and mail folders between PDA and Headquarters Server or Desktop PC.

Same Time Everyplace provides mobile users with the instant messaging and awareness capabilities of Lotus Sametime from WAP- and SMS-enabled mobile devices. Mobile users can see if their colleagues are online and send instant messages or initiate text chat. Desktop users can see if their mobile colleagues are online and use the best way to communicate with them whether via an instant message, phone call or e-mail.

Mobile Applications

Sales & Marketing Analysis extends the capability of Domino Application to PDA-enabled for access on iPaq Pocket PC and Palm Pilot devices. It performs sales submission, sales analysis, account management, searching between PDA and Headquarters Server.

Marketing Survey System - A few of the effective media for marketing communications are Point-of-Sales and Direct Marketing that play an integral role in increasing the effectiveness of creating awareness on a product knowledge. Marketing Survey System provides a mechanism for Sales & Marketing Personnel to gather data, update and maintain consumer profile and their questionnaires with the most convenient, portable and flexible device, e;g; iPaq Pocket PC and Palm Pilot.

Insurance Agent/POS System extends the capability of Point-of-Sales, retrieving information on customer profile, customer’s policies, customer payment history, customer past appointments and providing product insurance product knowledge to agents as well as assisting agents to make appointment with customer(s) based on the location specified. Tracking of customer’s appointment and reminders on special occasion (birthday, anniversary, etc) can be make available with a single point to the PDA.

Workflow Solution/Productivity tools

Purchase Requisition Workflow System (PRWS) manages the request of new purchase within a company and routes the request to the appropriate Head of Department for review and approval. PRWS enables all these sub-modules to be tightly integrated to form a standardized look-and-feel, sharing of information and tracking of request. With this feature, request need to be entered once and be accessible everywhere by authorized users at any point of time without the problem of missing request forms or unattended requests.

Schematic User Request Facility (SURF) seeks to further extend the Lotus Notes functionality and to address the need to improve the current process in regards to providing improved IT services to users. It will serve as a centralised centre for the purpose of facilitating the flow of all IT service requests, in furthering efforts to towards delivery of world-class IT Services.
