Port-in customers are not eligible to sign up for the Business iValue Plans with a 24 month contract. |

The minutes of usage included in Business iValue Plans apply to Maxis-to-Maxis and Maxis-to-non Maxis domestic voice calls only. |

Data included in iValue Plans applies to local mobile Internet usage only and excludes SMS, MMS, and other subscription based services. Subsequent data usage which is above the data bundles will be charged at RM0.05/10kB.The maximum charge for local usage is up to RM250. While roaming overseas, the prevailing data roaming charges will apply. |

Advance payment of monthly fees will be refunded from the 1st month onwards over the next 5 months. The account must be active and clear of any outstanding amounts due at the time of the refund. |
