Usage Scenario
Scenario 1
A leading commercial bank decides to use SMS channel as a powerful enhancement
to its CRM activities for its credit card holders. Enterprise SMS Direct
is integrated into their Fraud Monitoring system.
Whenever a suspect credit card transaction occurs, for example an overseas
or outstation transaction or an usually high value transaction, an SMS
is automatically triggered to the credit card holder's mobile phone. The
customer is asked to reply to the SMS to confirm that the transaction
is genuine.
If a reply is not received within a specified time, the system then triggers
the credit Card center for further action.
Scenario 2
An airline company requires each crewmember to report their attendance a few hours before
their scheduled flight. With Enterprise Direct SMS, reminders to attend scheduled flights
are automatically sent to each crewmember via SMS.
Whenever a replacement crewmember is required for a scheduled flight, Enterprise Direct SMS
sends requests for standby crewmembers via SMS. Standby crewmembers can then reply to these SMS to confirm their availability. Before using Enterprise Direct SMS, costly phone calls were made to standby crewmembers to find a replacement.
Enterprise Direct SMS has increased both savings and efficiency of the airline.
