vision and commitment of driving the development and
launching of Fixed-Mobile Convergence products.
Convergence is an irreversible trend in the telecommunications
industry that eventually removes the distinctions between
fixed and mobile networks. Enhancing customers’
experience, convergence creates seamless communications
services using a combination of fixed broadband and
local access wireless technologies to meet business’
needs in offices and on the go. Putting it simply, the customer does not have to worry about the technology that is being used, but having the best service.
The members of the Alliance are committed to collaborate
on marketing concepts, product definitions, experiences
in different markets as well as to ensure vendor support
in the development of the right standards for devices
and infrastructure equipments.
Maxis’ active participation in this Alliance
is an effective way to accelerate the creation and implementation
of products and services for our customers who are looking
for communications services that are easy, practical
yet economical. |
