In view of the new mailbox enhancement, we have changed the existing mailbox to new platform which is the Business Voicemail system. The Management would like to apologize for the inconvenienced caused as the result of the change.
With the changes in the Business Voicemail system, it will enable us to provide two additional new features in the near future.
- Voicemail Outcall/Outdial: Make calls via the Voicemail menu. (Outgoing call is charged based on normal respective rateplan charges).
- Return Call via Voicemail: Just dial “0” to connect to the party who left you the voicemail anytime during the message. Hassle-free, one-step dialing, without having to note the other party’s phone number!
Please note that with this new Business Voicemail system, you will need to set a new voicemail password and your personalized settings.
In order to access your voicemail box, dial 121 and enter your temporary voicemail PIN: 1234. You will be auto-prompted to reconfigure your new voicemail box. Calls to 121 are not charged.
