Terms & Conditions
- This package comes with a 24-month contract period.
- A one-month deposit fee and an advanced payment may be applicable based on the Plan subscribed by customer.
- A one-time installation fee of RM200 is applicable. This amount will be reflected in your first month’s bill.
- Wireless Broadband service will be charged from the 4th month onwards unless terminated. To continue services, simply pay RM78 per month.
- Maxis WiFi will be available to customers, as long as they subscribe to Wireless Broadband service.
- For any rescheduling or cancellation of the installation appointment date, please inform us 3 days prior to it. Maxis reserves the right to charge customers for any late rescheduling or cancellation request.
