We run real-time monitoring of your circuit performance
over our network 24-hours a day, all year round, from
our ISO 9002-certified Network Management Centre. Our
NMC strictly complies with the ITU-T Recommendation
M.3010, and our Facilities Service Centre works round-the-clock
for you to resolve any network faults.
In the event of a fault, you will receive an update
within 30 minutes of lodging the report, and every 2
hours thereafter. We look at network trouble seriously
and deploy systematic problem escalation processes.
