1. What is a Video Avatar?
  A Video Avatar is a video/audio messaging service that enables you to send a video via MMS.
2. What are the settings required for this service?
  If you have not configured your MMS/3G settings, please type *136# and press 'Send' to receive the settings.
3. Am I able to access this Video Avatars service if I do not have a 3G phone?
  Yes you may as it is not restricted to just 3G phones. Instead of making a video call, a voice call can be made to enjoy the same service whereby you will need to follow the voice prompts and select your avatar and key in the recipient's mobile number.

2. Select an avatar (animated picture) 2. Select an avatar via the voice prompts

*note: you will receive an SMS with a URL & password to retrieve your
message on the web.

6. Which networks can the Video Avatars be sent to?
  Video Avatars can be used to send to other operators (Celcom & Digi) in Malaysia with 2.5G / 3G phones.
7. What are the size limitations of the Video Avatars?
  You may record the Video Avatars via a video call or a voice call within a time limit of 20 seconds.
